Why Reset?
For a long time, I poured into everyone else while quietly neglecting parts of myself in the process — not just as a mom, but as a woman and individual.
I began longing for more:
more peace,
better health,
more intention,
a deeper relationship with God,
and a better quality of life overall.
As I started exploring healthier habits and wellness rhythms, I realized how many areas of my mind, body, and spirit I had unintentionally neglected over time. I also realized that honoring my body — my temple — is holy.
This journey became about more than routines or appearance. It became about stewarding myself well, growing spiritually, and creating a life that feels healthier, more aligned, and more intentional.
Through that process, I realized how common it is for women and mothers to lose themselves while constantly pouring into everyone else.
The Reset was created as a space for us to pour back into ourselves again — with grace, faith, community, and support. 🤍
